We're thrilled to have appointed Ryan Corcoran as our new Senior Contract Manager.

Ryan brings with him over 25 years of construction and management experience, crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective management of our contractual obligations, and we're excited to see the value he will  bring to the clients and teams.

Ryan's notable projects

St Brendan's Sixth Form College - New sports pavilion, MUGA sports pitches and World Rugby/FIFA 4G sports facility including new exit road (£3.5m)

Snapdragons Nursery - New build nursery for 250 children including highways connections and external landscaping and car park         (£3.5m)

University of Bath — AI infrastructure for Hewlett Packard Enterprise supercomputers (£1.4m - £12m - phased)

City of Bristol College — Main Entrance Strip-out & Refurbishment (£1.2m)

Aurora Severnside School — SENN school development (£1.1m)
