We’re delighted to share news that The Swannery, Barton Hill, Bristol has won the Community Space Award at the Pineapple Awards 2026.

It was a real pleasure to collaborate with Barefoot Architects and Wellspring Settlement to transform this former community public house into a welcoming, thriving asset for people of all ages.

Seeing the building re‑established at the heart of the Barton Hill and wider Bristol community is a fantastic outcome and a reminder of the power of thoughtful, community‑led design.
