SOCIAL HOUSING
Refurbishment and renewal of social housing have their own special issues. Not least is that we seldom have exclusive access to the site. Often we are working around residents who may be elderly, disabled or have young children. So we have to be as sensitive to their requirements as to those of the actual client. We believe that respect for the occupants and neighbours of social housing is paramount, whether they be young, elderly or vulnerable.
