Responsibilities       

Overall Commercial Management of projects assigned to you, which on occasion can be 5-6 at a time.

        

Have full control on agreeing sub-contract packages to obtain best value for business.

     

  

Liaison with our supply chain, including approving and processing payments.         

Manage and report valuations and accounts to ensure the company maintains a positive cash position.

         

Complete all/any cost variations in line with contract requirements when required.       

Providing monthly CVR’s to report at internal meetings which can be weekly or monthly.   

     

Provide cash flow forecasts where required by clients in a timely manner and fully reported.   

      

Attend project meetings to review commercial status with client and to enable accurate reporting.

        

Review and approve contract documents for signing.

Experience

We need you to be:   

      

Experienced in commercial refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 - £2m

         

Have at least 5 Years’ experience in a similar role    

    

Proven track record of achieving projects within budget

Key Responsibilities 

Contract Management on up to 4-5 projects at any one time

Developing each project programme to suit the client timescales and the feasibility of all trades and project requirements

         

Ensuring Projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard

         

Work as a key member of the project team with our Contracts Director and Commercial Manager

         

Take responsibility for the site management team and monitoring their activities

         

Work as a key member of the project team direct with our clients, meeting them on a regular basis. Handling queries of any nature once the project is live and providing a ‘can do’ approach at all times

        

Chair supply chain coordination meetings on site

         

Attending pre start meetings and contract meetings as and when required, providing bespoke project reports and updated programmes

        

Oversee a full project handover, this includes site walk around, O&M manuals and Completion certification to ensure the clients full brief is met.

Experience

We need you to be:

Experienced in refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 - £2m

        

Have 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role

       

Proven track record of meeting with existing and new clients on a face to face basis

     

A proven track record of how to achieve client satisfaction and project success

We are sometimes pigeon holed as Shop Fitters as this is where it all began, however as times have changed we have broaden our skills and are now widely known in the building, refurbishment and fit out industry.

With over 92% of our clients returning for us to complete more than 1 project with them.

Our Head Office is based in central Bristol which means we have great access to all the main areas of Bristol and the South West.

Responsibilities

Overall management of our Surveying and estimating departments with the business. Managing up to 4 people.

 

Reporting into our team of Directors the monthly Cost Control.     

Completing the overall management of project cash flows and reporting on these when needed to Clients and Directors.

Key management of our sub-contractors, from approving supply chain, confirming and obtaining payments to agreeing the best value packages for the business.

Administration duties will include: Review and approve contract documents for signing. Assist with the preparation of Tender quality submission and ensuring the Implementation of our Quality Systems.

Experience

We need you to be:        

Experienced in refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 - £2m

         

Have excellent knowledge of cost and programme management

       

Proven track record of meeting with existing and new clients on a face to face basis

          

Team management, ensuring that the Estimators and QS teams are delivering on our clients requirements

         

A proven track record of how to achieve client satisfaction and project success
